Close Call

My goal for today was to leave work by 5 pm so I could rush home and see if my order had arrived. The leasing office closes at 6 pm and if I don't get out there in enough time, traffic slows down the bus ride on the HOV. I got caught up talking to a coworker and didn't get out till 5:30 pm. I was already talking myself into how I'd be ok if I didn't get my order till Friday, but I've been wanting to play. Imagine my surprise then when I found a key in my mailbox, it meant I had a package waiting!! Yep, my order i in and it was shipped USPS so even though the office was closed, the order is still in my hands. Whew, that was close!

I'll be working on the July Angelee kit over the weekend. I still haven't found my scanner software, but I'll try and get some pics taken to share come next week.

July Featured Kit

Let's try something new! I'm putting together monthly kits that will assist you in creating beautiful projects that won't take you forever to put together, but will look like you spent days on them. Some months will cater to the card makers, some to the scrapbookers and the rest will be projects for all of you. Each monthly kit will contain a combination of a stamp set, paper kit, cardstock, ribbon, embellishments and sometimes for projects I'll include an album or a tool to try. This gives each of you a chance to sample items from the catalog. The cost will range between $30 to $45, with the stamp set being optional. You may choose a different stamp set or no stamp set at all.

The first kit for July includes the Angelee Soar with it Collection, 2 pieces of coordinating cardstock, 30 embellishments from the new Audrey embellishment jar, 4 sheer round scallop coasters, and the Summer Elegance stamp set. Instructions to assemble the kit will be included as well. The July kit is $45 (includes taxes and shipping), $20 without the stamp set.

I'll have photos soon of the completed project to give you an idea of what can be accomplished. I'll set a night aside and you may either pick up your kit or I can mail it to you. If you're interested, please contact me for more information.
