Fall/Winter 2008 Inspiration Book and Catalogue

Wow, these new paper lines and kits are gorgeous! First off I'll share what's in the brilliant beginnings bundle.

Penelope V-845 $6.95 Comes with 5 sheets of 12 x 12 patterned papers and one sheet of tags, page 14.

The new Sydney Circle Album Kit V-705 $8.95 Double-sided 12 x 12 sheets. There's also a new circle tin D-104 $2.95 (CD's can fit in it and the smallest circle in this kit was designed to be the cover on the tin), page 15. Coordinates with the new SWIC Penelope, above.

Woodrowe Keepsake Album Kit V-703 $14.95 comes with covers for 2 albums and a variety of pockets, envelopes, labels, corners, tabs and journaling boxes (double-sided), page 19. This kit coordinates with the new SWIC Willoughby, V-844 $6.95, page 18.

Natalee V-704 $8.95 This is an accordian album kit, double-sided, one sheet 12 x 12 and one sheet 12x 24, page 51. This coordinates with the new Angelee SWIC collection. V-843 $6.95, page 50.

It's here!!

The new catalogue is here, right in front of me. After a long day - afternoon at the zoo, running errands, etc. - I finally was able to check my mail. I haven't had a chance to look through it yet, but I'm hoping to peruse it a few times and I'll have some more sneak peeks for you tomorrow.

I also received the Brilliant Beginnings Bundle with three new set of patterned paper and 4 stamp sets. I have so much to share tomorrow!!

July 4th Catalogue Party and Garage Sale

Hello everyone! Just wanted to let you know I'm having a little gathering. As you all know TAC's Fall/Winter 2008 Catalogue and Idea Books are on their way - hot off the press! I will be hosting a party complete with a drawing for free stamps (you do not need to be present to win) and a make & take. I will have some product on hand for those who like to see it in person before you purchase (some paper you just have to see to believe).

I'm also lightening my scrapbook load and have quite a bit of stuff that needs to go, so I will have a few tables set up with stuff for sale at really good prices. I have everything from retired TAC stamps to patterned paper, embellishments, you name it, it's probably in the stash. Not all garage sale stuff is TAC related, some of it was purchased at Maridawn's, Archivers, and other scrapbook stores.

Making a Little Progress

The last month or so I've had so many ideas swarming around in my head it's been unreal. I try and make notes so when I finally make the time to sit down I can get to work. The last two weeks I've started to make noticeable progress. I went through my stamps and pulled out everything I don't need to keep. I've set up my tables with my CD case of stamps on top of it so it's handy when I'm working. I'm hoping to be in a position to have a little open house party to sell some of my stamps and scrapbook supplies. I have so much I don't know what to do with it and truth be told, it's very overwhelming. I'll have more info on that for you soon, if you're interested. I'm thinking Friday, July 4th, sometime in the afternoon.

I pulled out my new printer last night. It only prints black and white, but that's all I really need to print sketches anyway. I'm hoping to have it set up this week and the scanner too so I can share my designs with you once I get to designing, which should be really soon. I really want to sit down and work on Father's Day cards and some belated Mother's Day cards too.

Other than those cards I'm still behind two swaps. I have Lizzy's purse to finish, Katie's letters to work on, and then miscellaneous stuff too. The inspiration is definitely coming back to me. I just need to sit down and get busy!
